Webinar: Employment Litigation in the Age of Covid-19: A Global Roundtable Discussion

Please join us for a virtual gathering of leading attorneys from employment law associations and committees from around the world – including your association – to address Employment Litigation in the Age of Covid-19. Speakers from across jurisdictions will review key Covid-related legal issues and procedural challenges confronting labor and employment lawyers.

In addition to sharing perspectives on responding to these challenges and issues, our speakers will share insights on advocating effectively in the Covid-19 era, including how to maintain the interest of the judge during remote proceedings, advising clients and witnesses in a remote setting, and best practices for case management during a remote proceeding.

This will be the first in a series of discussions and initiatives to build community and engagement among employment law associations around the world. We trust that our first roundtable will be both thought-provoking and beneficial for your practice.

We are cosponsoring this event with ABA - American Bar Association, AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers, Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados - ANADE, AGI Avvocati Giuslavoristi, Employment Law Association of Ireland, Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), International Bar Association, and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).

Date/Time: February 23. 2021 12:00 1:30 PM in Eastern Time (EST) and 5:00 – 6:30 PM in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Register in advance for the roundtable, which is being presented at no cost.
